These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the VESTA Studio website located at vestastudio.com.mx and all associated pages (the "Site"), and the purchase of products through the Site. By accessing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
VESTA Studio is operated by Vesta Studio LLC, a Texas-registered business entity, with its principal place of business in Eagle Pass, Texas, United States.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction. Continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or place an order.
All VESTA Studio products are made-to-order. Each piece is individually cast upon receipt of your order. Natural variation in color, texture, and mineral pattern is inherent to hand-cast concrete and is not a defect.
All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. Product images are representative; due to the hand-cast nature of architectural concrete, the exact appearance of each piece — including color, surface texture, and mineral variation — may differ slightly from photographs. These natural variations are a feature of hand-crafted concrete, not a defect.
Order Confirmation: Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from VESTA Studio. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders where pricing errors have occurred.
Bespoke Orders: Custom sizing, color specifications, and material hybrid orders require a written specification confirmation prior to production. Bespoke orders are non-cancellable once production has been scheduled and a deposit has been received.
Commercial Orders: Orders for commercial, hospitality, or multi-unit residential use require a separate commercial purchase agreement. Contact our Technical Desk for commercial terms and volume pricing.
All prices on the Site are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of free freight shipping to the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Prices are exclusive of applicable sales tax.
Sales Tax: VESTA Studio collects sales tax where required by applicable law. Texas-based orders are subject to Texas state sales tax. Sales tax obligations for orders shipped to other states are determined by the applicable nexus laws of those states.
Payment Methods: We accept payment via PayPal and, for orders of $3,000 or more, via ACH bank transfer or wire transfer. Payment must be received in full before production begins.
Payment Security: Online payments are processed through PayPal's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure. VESTA Studio does not store, transmit, or have access to your card or bank account details.
Pricing Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or pricing system error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price, and will notify affected customers promptly.
All content on the VESTA Studio website — including but not limited to text, product names, model designations (V-01 HALO, V-02 RIDGE, etc.), photographs, design drawings, logos, and trademarks — is the property of Vesta Studio LLC and is protected by applicable US and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, display, publish, or use any content from this Site for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of VESTA Studio.
Architects, interior designers, and design professionals may use VESTA Studio product images and specification data for project presentations and specification documents for the purpose of specifying VESTA Studio products for their clients. Such use must clearly attribute VESTA Studio as the source.
The GFRC manufacturing processes, pigment formulations, and proprietary sealing protocols developed by VESTA Studio constitute trade secrets and confidential information protected under applicable law.
VESTA Studio collects personal information — including name, email address, shipping address, and phone number — solely for the purpose of processing your order, communicating about your order status, and, with your explicit consent, sending marketing communications.

What we do not do: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required to fulfill your order (shipping carriers, payment processors) or as required by law.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at sales@vestastudio.com.mx. We will process data deletion requests within 30 days.
By placing an order or submitting your email address, you consent to receive transactional communications related to your order. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link in every communication.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VESTA Studio's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the purchase of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we ask that you contact us directly at sales@vestastudio.com.mx to give us the opportunity to resolve your concern informally. We will respond to all written complaints within 5 business days.
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to these Terms or the purchase of VESTA Studio products that cannot be resolved informally shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Maverick County, Texas.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against VESTA Studio.
Small Claims Court: Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the applicable jurisdictional limits.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
For any matters not subject to arbitration under Section 07, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maverick County, Texas.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy and Warranty & Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VESTA Studio with respect to your use of the Site and purchase of our products, and supersede all prior communications and proposals.
