Every VESTA Studio order ships free to all 50 US states. No freight calculation at checkout. No carrier surcharges. No minimum order. Your price is your price.
VESTA Studio provides complimentary white-glove freight service on all orders shipped within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. This includes all catalog models (V-01 through V-07) and all Bespoke Studio orders.
There are no hidden shipping fees, fuel surcharges, residential delivery fees, or lift-gate charges. The price listed on the product page is the total price you pay, exclusive of applicable sales tax.

Production begins the next business day after order confirmation and payment clearance. The 15-day production cycle includes casting, curing, sealing (two-coat penetrating siloxane with 24-hour interval), quality inspection, and double-crate packaging.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST on a Friday will begin production the following Monday.
You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase and a shipment tracking number within 48 hours of dispatch.
All VESTA Studio pieces are shipped via freight carrier using custom double-crate packaging engineered specifically for each model. We do not ship via standard parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) for standard orders due to the weight and fragility requirements of architectural concrete.
For the V-03 COLUMN (floor-mounted pedestal, approx. 65 lbs), white-glove delivery is strongly recommended. Please ensure adequate access for freight delivery at your address before placing an order.
Inspect the packaging before the carrier leaves. If exterior damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt before signing. This protects your damage claim rights.
All pieces ship fully insured for their replacement value. Upon delivery, please follow this protocol:
Damage claims reported after 48 hours cannot be processed. We cannot accept damage claims for pieces that show signs of having been installed or modified after delivery.
At this time, VESTA Studio ships exclusively within the United States (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not currently ship to US territories, Canada, Mexico, or any other international destination.
International shipping options may be available for commercial and hospitality projects on a project-by-project basis. Contact our Technical Desk to discuss international project logistics.
Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Once an order enters production (day 2 onward), address changes cannot be guaranteed and may incur carrier rerouting fees.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to no one being available to receive the shipment, the carrier will make up to two additional delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, the order will be held at the carrier's facility for 5 business days before being returned to origin. Redelivery fees will apply for returned orders.
